This Case Study shows Phase I of the training course and associated site improvements. It does not include habitable buildings. The planning, predesign, design and construction of all buildings will occur in the future. At final completion the facility will include high and low speed urban and rural road courses, an interchange, an urban simulation area, skill and skid pads, observation towers with lighting and video equipment, security fencing, enclosed vehicle and cold storage, limited vehicle maintenance facilities and a small office, classroom and simulator building.
